All well ends well..=)

VoiceOut is over..This is only the end of the beginning..=) Am still very tired so just gonna keep it short and sweet.

Everything was 'OK'~ X) what should be there was there and what was suppose to happen happened. The results was kind of a surprise for me and some others as well. Well, what done is done. ha...no point pondering on it. XD

Things i have learnt: Prepare early! Always keep track of time during the actual event. Have a mental image of whats going to happen. Impromtus?hahaz...we shall see...X)) Oh...the welfare of your members, the one thing we must not neglect.

Ha! Finally. I'm going to update my blog again. =D

What am i doing now currently(not according to priority): BandzOut 2008/09, BLoody projectsssss, helping VoiceOut in Crowd Control(which was surprisingly fun =D), studies and last but not least hanging out with my best buds. =) empty empty empty......i can't think about anything now due to the lack of sleep...lolz....pardon my gibbuish typing...X) Tomorrow is the actual event for VoiceOut 2008/09 so i think i better get some sleep now...hope my brain doesn't crash tomorrow.

- OGL -

Orientation Group Leader.

Always wanted to be an ogl since my 1st sem. Thought that it would be fun meeting the freshmens and play with them and my wish came through.=) I'm a OGL now! hahaz..

For the past 3-4 weeks, there has been fun, and some not so fun moments. 1st week was coming up with the proposal which was suppose to finish within 2 weeks but we took a longer time due to some errors like alignment and stuff. Its really taxing for the people doing it as we have 5 different diplomas. All must be standardised!lolz.. A big THANK YOU to Audrey and Jerlyn..=)

Its all about the attitude and the mentality. Thats what i feel. We really can't expect much from the school to reward us for planning the Freshmen Orientation(FO). Why did i even join OGL in the first place? hahaz...i ask myself that and i came up with an answer. " The first people i know when i first step in NYP wasn't my classmate. It was my OGLs." lolz.. and when i think back..WHAo~ hahaz..never did it occured to me that i'll be the one they first know in their poly life. =) Helping those blur sotongs around..hahaz...just thinking about it makes me wanna laugh..X) Since we have joined OGL, why not give it our best?=D

The seniors have really been there to guide us and help us through out the planning stage, even though they came up with really harsh punishments. Hahaz..but i think its all for our own good. Some things like alignments, can actully determine what kind of person you are. Taking care of the welfare of your group members is really crucial for the In-charge! I realise that if the welfare of your group members are well taken care of, their work efficiency will increase and they will be much more happier working.=) Also, being an IC, we have to perform what we say. By setting a good example to your fellow members. The meaning of the words comes to naught when we don't do it.

It really saddens me to hear some saying they are not enjoying this whole OGL. =( When i heard that my heart kind of sank as i feel i have failed my duty. Not able to make my members feel commited to this FO and putting their heart into it.

The seniors always says that communication is the key. Without communication there won't be a solution. Sometimes, we just have calm ourselves down and listen to what other people have to say and take it seriously. Conflict, Communication, Solution, Action.

Theoritically, we left 1 day to F.O. Any OGLs who is reading this! If you have any unhappiness, i plead you to forgive and forget..for now and wait until the F.O is over. All of us MUST have a positive mind-set and have the heart to make this F.O a success. I believe most of us have it. For those who are still unsure, don't hesitate anymore. There isn't much chance for you to be able to hold an event for 1200 people so JUST DO IT! Your friends and collegue will always be there to help you.=)

Many more lessons to be learnt...

I wanna tell u but the words just went back into my throat and back to my heart. Keeping it is hard. Saying it is even harder.
Not being myself around u at times,
I feel like a fool.
I sped in the beginning,
and i got a summon for it,
i have to pay the price,
and its time to start all over again.
Leave it to fate,
jus be yourself,
and time will tell.

Finally. My exams are over. =) Feels kind of weird not studying. Miss the embiance at starbucks..=( Will go there someday again to chill out. hahaz...Oh...got haircut at a nearby salon which cost $15. Not too bad. Though i look abit "bang" now, i feel. =|

OK...HERE GOES...

Am having my class chalet for the next 3 days. After that i'll be having Camp EAGLES which is a camp for OGLs-to-be. 2days. No overnights. Hope it will be fun. =) And the next following 3 days i'll be working at the IT fair and on the day after the fair, i have a microsoft competition. AND for the next 2 or 3 weeks, I'M GONNA WORK MY ASS OUT FOR THE TRIP!!!!!i'm going to Australia with JM and JEFF end of the month. I can hardly wait...=) that is if i can make it in time..=(

For the past 18 years of my life, i have been ignorant. Ignorant to my surroundings and people around me. Ignorant and inmature to be exact. It is not only until recently, that i realise how inferior am i. These people i met, and the people i already known, in terms of thinking and characters have all rise up a notch and i think back to myself. What the hell am i doing? It seems that i have remain at a stop. Stagnant.

They have showed me a few things in life that are important and worth doing no matter what the outcome is.(haha...thanks jeff for all the encouragement u gave..i really appreciate it..=)) Though it was just a short period of time, i have come to realise maybe i'm just not mature or ready for it. I still got a long way to go..=)

Depressing over this is no use. Whats important is the pick myself up and move on and that is what i shall do. This may most probably my life's turning point...

Family outing at compass-point today. Been a long time since my family went out togther as my dad has his business at china. =( He is always flying dere to take care of his company, coming back every 1 month for a duration of 1-2 weeks..=(( I must make full use of these few days to make my dad feel at home..=D hahaz..go out for dinners, shopping, watch movies..basically spend quality time with my dad and my family... It always saddens me looking at my dad walking through the custom gate at the airport..FAMILY is REALLY REALLY IMPORTANT! So plz ppl..spend some quality time with ur parents at least onces every week..some ppl aren't so lucky...>.<

ok...finally... As you guys know, i'm also known as Kevin Yeh...(ok for those who dunnoe KNOW NOW!XD)Yup...after 16 years of my life, i finally have a english name..=D there are a few factors that made me wanna have a english name. First, i thought it would be easier for my muslim frens and indian frenz or maybe ang mos to pronounce my name easily. Secondly, when ppl ask for my name and i gave it to them...the first thing tt comes to their mind is.."isn't tt a girls name?" ._______________________. wt*?ok...lolz...and lastly, i juz realise all cousins from both mother and father sides HAVE A ENGLISH NAME!I'M THE ONLI ONE TT DOES NOT HAVE ONE...ok..i noe this may sound trival...but....T_____T I WAN A ENGLISH NAME!!!lolz...and so, my aunts, uncles, my parents and mi all sat in a veri classy cafe and started brain-storming for a english name..=D(i ask for their opinions as they all lives in the states, they should noe more i guess..=X) They came up wif realli realli weird names sometimes..by weird i mean realli weird...hahahaz....OH!!!BTW..this all happened in Taiwan when i went back during the starting of the year..=) After 3 hours of brain-storming...we still couldn't get one tt suits mi...-______-||| and i juz randomly ask my dad if he got a english name...he said yes he was called Kevin but he has not use that name for a very long time(didnt bother wif the details..X)) .. .______. that was kinda of unexpected though..hahaz...KEVIN!has a nice ring to it..=D i ask my brain-storming team abt it...and they all say it was a nice name..AND SO~! The name Kevin is Being Pass down From the King, and to the Prince...=DDD Thats abt sum it up..

O M G ~~!!!TRANSFORMERS RULES MAN!!!LOL~~~ The movie has amazing CG effects!every thing was down right detailed. From the cannons they are using to the small little gears on their legs. EVERYTHING WAS DONE PERFECTLY!~!(well the actress was damm hot too..XD)hahahaz... RATING: 9.5/10!!! WOOHOOO~!!!!

I went wif Jia ming, priscila,situ,jefferey,brandon and michelle ng to J8 to watch the show as jia ming wanted to use his free tickets~(idiot..XD amk hub so near dun wan go..wahahaaha) crap....web application test 2molo...gtg..

WAHAHAHAHAHA~~!been looking through my previous posts..damm..i was like having so much fun at those time..>_________< am i not having enough fun now? or is it time for mi to be serious? hmm....can i strike a balance in both aspect? RRAAAWWRRR~~!!!!

The people in the ACE team are all veri nice ppl..especially my group..=D lolz..OH!!!THis Wed is the whole ACE team presenting to the board of directors of different schools in NYP...T____________T WE CAN DO IT ACE TEAM!!!!!!!^___^v hmm...ohh...hahaz...when to the dentise to take of my temporary braces...LOLZ~~ u muz be asking y the hell would i even have a temporary braces in the first place..X) the story goes like this.."One fine day, Kevin went for his frisbee training as usual. The wind was strong that day and he paired up with jon to do some basic throws...they were standing a good 10 meters away from each other..he throws the disk..kevin saw it coming..he prepares the pancake catch..he have done this millions of time..he knows he can catch it easily.. then"WAM!!" The the disk did a alittle air bounce due to a sudden gush of wind and hit Kevin's front tooth straight out of his mouth..he saw his tooth flying pass his very eyes along with drops of sweat glitering under the sunshine. He fell back on his butt. Saltiness of his blood filed his mouth within split second."

Well...thats about it~lolz....after tt went to a dentise and she fix my original teeth back..=D shes veri nice person...damm..i feel that my english is getting from bad to worse~T________T hai....tired..T____T KK~~~TIME FOR MY BED~X)

OMG....lolZ...i can hardly remember the last time i blog..=/ Hmm...been really busy this few months...mostly studying bah...i think..XD Well...where should i begin..Hmmm....O ya....my grandma came to singapore!hahaz...kinda miz her as i haven't seen her for almost 4 years...>_< hahaz...glad that she came...=D O...we had a band exchange with balastier hill secondary(we are almost like buddy band le~XD)...i must admit..they have improved tremendously...they are almost at our bands standard!!>__< or it could be that our band is not progressing at all..=| Really hope that our band's sec 3s and 2s can start working hard then before..or else the goals and golds u guys want may not be reachable..

On 18 Feb was Mr Ong's birthday~!HaHAz...the usual people came to my hse and we sort of threw a party for him..not a bad one though..hehez...My mom made,with great effort,one of her speciality *GUO TIE*~(for those who do not know whats that..is just fried dumplings) LolZ...they simply lvoe it..HAHAHAz~~Bought him a t-shirt..hope he likes it..one of them brought a box of underwears!XD Another one brought a PILLOW of him!!!LOLZ~~!!!Well...is the though that counts rite?hehez...We had the birthday cake up at 8pm...(something funny happen..I shan't say anything..XD) After that,they went home at around 9 plus...What a day...=)

Nowadays...my school is having commitment program for us..its basically staying back after school trice a week to finish up your homeworks..after that you must stay till 4.30 to revise what you have learnt during school curriculum...damm tiring...=( but i guess other schools also have started this long ago...Shan't complain anymore..=D

O YA!!!!!My class will be selling choco dips on monday to friday on both lower sec recess and upper sec...PLEASE..DO COME AND SUPPORT US!!Other then choco dips(We will be using mainly strawberries,bananas and mashmallows),we have a variety of deserts for you guys...We will be selling cookies,Aga-Aga,floats and strawberry cake(courtesy of wei ting's mom =)...So PLEASE come and support us!We hope you will enjoy the delights we have created.^_____________^v

Helo~!!Hmm...it really has been a long time since i blogged..ok...eh....o ya...i had a concert wif Hwa Chong + Anderson Jc band...there is also other students frm other good schools..(feel inferior to them>__<)like Nanyang gals high..St Nic's..Chinese high...yea..we are preparing for a X'mas Concert call Noel~~ It has been a tradition concert for HCjc but i think tis is their first time playing wif other band-members..hahaz...i met alot of amazing ppl there..lol..some are funny...some are weird...some of them talks alot...XD It was fun..met these tuba player call Kwang Han..veri funny..his playing is good too..hahaz..

LOLZ~~!As u can see my title, it says I AM IN LOVE WIF CHO CHANG...lolz..yup....i went to watch Harry Potter and The Goblet of Fire...WiCkED....(cuz got CHO!!XD) Went wif Kethy(she is my senior in band..plays de trombone...now in NYP le..),WeiMing(HE is mY GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOD SENIOR frm my section de..play tuba de..hehez..now in NYJC le),Jia Ming,Jacky and Sandra(she is also in the band...beri samll size though..she's in percussion section..hahaz..)...We went to Suntec to watch the movie..not as crowded as i expected..hehez...^^v After the movie, we went down to the kopitam to have our dinner...MAN...I CANT EVEN SALLOW MY FOOD~!hahaz...took a train home...stop at Bishan!hehez...TOOK pictures AT the MRT!!!LOLz...o...caught up wif xueli they all...hahaz...walk all the way home frm Bishan..lolz...so tired..BUT STILL MUZ BLOG!!!XD hmm....THATS ALL FOLKS!WAHAHAHAHAHAHA~~!!O YA!!!!EX-MEMBERS!!PLZ COME BACK AND LISTEN TO US...and give some help to the juniors!!!THX~~!^_______^v

LOL~~NOWADAES REALLY LAZY...hahahaz...OMG...i juz realise i have alot of contacts hu i do not even noe...lolz..well....wad have i been doing yesterdae?O.....went to P.S wif my room-mate and his gf to buy his suit for his prom-nite..ooooooo.....Went to P.O.A(People Of Asia...sells high-class stuff..really ex..XD) He bought a white suite...white pants and a pair of white classy shoes...Is he going to be BAI MA WANG ZHI?~?!?!hahaz...Total price?$311.00...lolz...XD After that went to watch Just Like Heaven...hmm...not a bad movie...Its a love story mix wif humour in it...GUYS if u wan to feel really sweet wif ur gfs...bring them to watch TIS...u wont regret it... hehez... WAHAHAHAHAHA...yesterdae nv blog..lolz...lazy la..Hehez..o.O yesterdae too tired to blog le..haha..went for swimming again..40 laps...(NV GET DARKER!!!>_<)then went to the gym..CHOING AH!!!LOL~!!Went home at 6.30...had my dinner...bath...watch abit of tv...then sleep le..hmmm....todae woke up at 11.30!!O.O Ate my brench(for those who dunnoe...BRENCH stands for Breakfast and lunch together..) at 12.30...after tt my mom's fren came..we started playing MAHJONG!!!!!OMG~~~!!lolz....lose some..gain some...haha...damm pro sia they all...Hahaz....she stayed for dinner in our hse...watch tv...then went home at 9 plus...phew..u can nv imagine the stress they put on u while playing...LOL~ITs was unbearable!!!!!They keep calling mi to be faster faster...after i put my tiles down...ITS MY FREAKING TURN AGAIN!!!!!@#$%^& Hahaz...but i had a great time playing and improving my skills..WAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA~~! Hehez..today i went for the briefing session conducted my Mr Brando Tan, Mr Leng, Mrs Ng and Mr Mok.. Its regarding abt our band ex-change to thailand!! We are going to have an ex-change programm wif the top high school band there and KASASUT UNIVERSITY!!! Kool huh?haha... MI SO EXCITED!!!!XD Most of the parents went and a have listen to it..hope that they are now ensure to let their kids go..Wahahahahaha~ AHHHHHH~~~!!!MUZ GO FOR FLU JAB!!!!!!T_______T 28 bucks gone....i hate chicken flu!!!lolz...After that went to jun cong hse to kill time...reallllllllllyyyyy bored......Jacky and Qing Da went there too(o...they are both band members too..haha...jack plays the euphoneium and QD plays the bass trombone)Jack was so bored tt he almost fell asleep in his hse...LOL~!QD was playing his com...haha...at around 6.30, we all went home...ate my sumptuous dinner and now, i am going to watch the gloden song award...LOL~!!!HAVE A NICE DAE YA~~!!^_________________^v
